Paul joined in 1999 after graduating with a degree in Building Surveying. He personally supervises the daily activities of his staff, and enjoys keeping up to date with modern technology and marketing techniques. He ensures his staff are highly trained and able to offer the highest level of customer service and professionalism to clients.
Tom is a graduate who joined the company as a trainee and soon demonstrated he had a natural ability for a career in Estate agency. His easy personality, quickness to learn and a genuine interest in people and property has enabled him to achieve promotion to the role of Sales Manager, which he undertakes with enthusiasm and professionalism.
Tommy joined the company under an apprenticeship scheme and was then offered a permanent position as a Negotiator. Tommy has a friendly personality, and has the ability to quickly identify the type of property which an applicant is seeking. He then uses his best endeavours to match that person with a suitable home as soon as possible.
David joined the company in 2010 after graduating. His extensive administration and communication skills, hardworking attitude and pleasant personality are invaluable in his role as Lettings Manager, offering clients a high level of professional service.
Liz joined the company in 1994, was one of the first people in the country to achieve an ARLA qualification and undertook the role of Lettings Manager for many years. Liz continues to provide valuable support to the Lettings Department via her vast experience and the relationships she has forged with many clients.
Pamela’s role is Lettings Administrator and she provides valuable admin support to all our Lettings Team. Her duties include progressing tenancy applications and overseeing the production of legal documents and tenancy agreements, which she undertakes in a calm and helpful manner. She has a wealth of lettings and property related accounts experience, having previously worked for large London corporate companies, which she uses to ensure the efficient running of our Lettings Department.
Erica is our Office Administration Manager, and has a vast amount of Estate Agency experience. She joined the company in 2007 and is responsible for the smooth day to day running of the offices. Erica relishes the variety of her duties and her excellent administration skills help to ensure the efficiency of the company’s office procedures.
Hayley joined us in 2001 and has vast property related experience. She currently undertakes the role of sales progressing and works tirelessly to ensure a property sale reaches a satisfactory conclusion as speedily and stress-free as possible ( - much appreciated by vendors and purchasers).
Kevin manages the Property Management Department and has many years of experience not only in the maintenance and management of property but also in accounts and security. He enjoys the relationship he builds up with landlords, ensuring that they are happy to entrust their most valuable possession to the capable hands of himself and his team.
Jan has been with the company since 2002 as Senior Accounts Clerk, having a vast amount of previous experience in the lettings industry and accounts. She is responsible for the administration of the Clients Account, which includes rent collection and takes pride in ‘balancing the books’, and ensuring that landlords receive their rent promptly.
Sue joined the company in 1999 and is now Director of the Property Management & Accounts Department. Sue likes to personally undertake the preparation of the inventories/schedules of condition as this gives her a detailed knowledge of the properties entrusted to us for management. As well as running her departments, she is also responsible for professional compliance.
