On the day of signing your tenancy agreement, Drewery will complete a short Utilities Arrangement Form with you which will provide Money Angels with the necessary information on how you want your accounts set up.
Money Angels UK will arrange for your existing suppliers to be notified if you have just moved in and for the energy supply to be transferred to either the lowest priced provider or to your chosen provider using the impartial Energylinx energy comparison and transfer service. Energylinx are the UK’s number 1 energy price comparison service and are the only company who can arrange energy transfers to every domestic energy supplier in the UK.
Whether you have chosen to be set up with the lowest priced tariff, or if you have chosen your preferred supplier, you will receive a letter from Money Angels UK within 5 working days of signing your tenancy agreement detailing your new energy tariff along with unit prices and confirmation of the payment method that you have requested. To find the lowest priced energy tariff for you, we use your current energy consumption. For new tenants we use the number of bedrooms in your property to work out an average consumption as you will not yet be aware of your consumption.
At no time should you ever be without the supply of energy. If there is a rare occasion where this is the case, please contact Money Angels immediately and their team of Utility Managers will assist you, there is no charge for calling Money Angels with energy and utility related queries throughout your entire tenancy.
